Our interaction with the front desk was positive. The hallways did smell like smoke but casinos are known for that. The room was clean, the pillows were comfortable and the shower had very good pressure with hot water. We had a room on the sixth floor and the room was perfect for our needs.
That being said, I feel as though folks are being too picky about this location.
